There should be more ways to pay. I tried to buy a ticket but could only use a credit card through the online payment gateway — if bank slip or other options had been available, I would have completed the purchase with the wallet app I normally use. Every time I buy through the app, I receive purchase confirmation by email along with the certificate, yet when I open the app it says I have no confirmed certificates. How is that possible if my card was charged? It makes me doubt whether buying here is really safe. Starting today I will not purchase through the app anymore — something is clearly wrong.

Why does the app keep saying my session expired every time I open it? I can still buy a ticket, but the option to mark my entries is gone — I have no way to know if any ticket won a prize. It used to work well; lately it has been awful. I am registered, yet marking tickets is impossible because that expired-session alert shows up again and again.

This app has become unusable. I pick a certificate and tap finish, then the payment screen loads forever and I never get to enter my details. Going back means losing the certificate I already selected. Since in-person sales came back, it feels like winning through the app is no longer realistic.

When will the bug that hides purchased tickets be fixed? My Tickets shows nothing, yet the same entries appear under the marking section. They only come back after I clear app data, and then vanish again shortly after. Buying through the app feels completely unreliable because of this.

The app still won't launch — as of March 25 the system appears to be offline. I removed it completely and installed it again, but that didn't help. The home screen simply fails to load.
